George Allen has owned and managed landlease communities for 30 years. He is founder and president of GFA Management, Inc., of Indianapolis, IN, international consultant to the factory-built housing industry. George has authored three textbooks and one chapbook, writes monthly columns and editorials for most manufactured housing trade publications, and pens the popular monthly newsletters,the Allen Letter, and the Allen CONFIDENTIAL! He also researches and publishes all the annual landlease community statistical surveys. George graduated with a BA degree from Eastern University, and retired as a lieutenant colonel of U.S. Marines after serving a combat tour in the Republic of Vietnam and service during Desert Storm. George and his wife Carolyn have two grown children, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren

Having grown-up in the manufactured housing industry under the tutelage of her father, George Allen, Susan has more than 25 years experience in the management of landlease communities, and facilitating the sale of communities across the country. Susan, a serial entrepreneur since the mid '80's, has diverse multi-business management experience. Clients appreciate her customer-centric approach to helping identify & formulate the right answers to the various management and marketing challenges that confront businesses daily. As a long-time business owner, Susan understands that the bottom line is always a factor. She knows that business owners are looking for ROI every time they spend a dollar. Susan and her husband, Drew, have two grown children and two grandchildren.
